A quality sling really surprised me – when configured right they act as another "form of contact" and really helps stabilize your weapon.
With the, uh, "excitement" surrounding braces and other accessories we have to be smart about how we move forward.

Great list! Mine would be….
1. Red dot/LPVO depending on your main purpose for that particular AR.
2. Bright white light
3. Good quality sling
4. Fore grip/hand stop
5. Charging handle.
This list is assuming you started out by putting a good quality bcg inside from the beginning.
Why no Rip Stock?
1. Reliable sights. Good irons. Red dot. Or LPVO. What ever suits your needs.
2. A sling.
3. A light.
4. Training.
5. More training!!
