The Wedge from Streamlight is a great pocket light. Its bigger than I expected but it definitely puts out light. Weather your camping, fishing, jogging or working in the garage this light is very useful and wont roll off the work bench.

  1. Looks like Streamlight's decided they need to compete with Surefire's Stiletto…or something. I don't like the switch design. It's as long as most of the larger 18650 lights that have built in charging and way more output. I would not classify this light as tactical by any measure. Although I might consider keeping this light in a vehicle or around the house, it's not an EDC light for me.

  2. Initial impression: not an edc light due to the toggle possibly being activated in pocket and the charging function. As a LEO you would know chargeable lights have big weak points. Long term bug out etc a huge no go with charging function. I am a huge Streamlight user, but I stick to dual fuels. Replaceable batteries are still king just like fossil fuels. Lol Thanks for your service and reviews.

  3. Smaller with a magnet they would’ve hit it out the park !’ That’s why I carry olights… powerful magnet and tiny 🤘🤘🇺🇸🇺🇸🔫🔫🇺🇸🇺🇸

  4. Man I sat down and was browsing for an edc light earlier today. Looking for one to keep in my Hill People Gear waist pack. I’d recommend you check them out. They have a chest rig that I think you’d like. They have the best alternative on body pistol carry systems that I’ve seen yet. Anyways, I ended up getting that new Olight mini warrior 2. I know their weapon mounted lights take some heat but it spoke too me. That limited edition mountain sky is f’ing beautiful.

  5. Got a black one and depsite it's decent size carries far far better than the traditional style where the bezel makes for awkward pocket carry. Hope they make a higher lumen version more like stiletto pro bit without the lame Microusb that surefire uses …
