I just bought this same Eotech setup, was wondering would I need to zero in the rifle with the EoTech sights?
I've tried several setups… LPVOs, red dots, etc. This is still may fave configuration.

Holosun magnifier is my favorite one. It sits closer to your rifle when flipped out and the mount is steel unlike the fragile eotech mounts. Glass is also better than the g33. I have the exps3-4 and without a magnifier it kinda sucks. It's a pita to zero cuz you almost can't distinguish the dots. It's Like a line without the magnifier. I use the magnifier for hunting deer and coyotes. Makes it easier to identify what you want to shoot.
How would this magnifier work paired with the aimpoint micro series? The aimpoint magnifier isn’t on par with the eotech.
Did eotech ever fix their reticle shift issue under extreme cold/hot weather?
Have you used the new G45? Curious to see if that would help bridge the gap between this type of setup vs an lpvo.
