  1. Ballistol is really good, but I like Lucasoil CLP better.  Cleans and protects as good as Ballistol but without the nasty odor.  Ballistol smells like an old tackle box, with hints of ass and feet.  CLP smells like grape Koolaid or Dimetapp cough syrup.
