Everyone asks where I find AR-15 stuff in stock or where I order from, so here you are:
I install my Damage Industries gas tube into my Geissele gas block using Geissele’s gas block tools. The Geissele gas block tools are designed to make installing the small roll pin as easy as possible.

Thanks for this video. Because of you, I've broken my gas tube pin using what you said to use. Stop making videos. Thanks.
A blueing pen would be a little more permanent than sharpie.

You lost me at – Sharpe
Hey so, I'm doing an upper build and when I put the gas tube into the gas block, the holes don't align very well for me to put the gas tube roll pin through, do I need to tap it in a little further with a hammer? Or possibly file the gas tube down?

Could you please add the Geissele part number? I suppose Brownells or Midway would carry it?
So in another build video they mention a common problem in building an AR is over or under gasing the rifle. I am about to start my first build am going to invest in these tools but was hoping you could explain which tube or pressure block to go with? I seem to remember numbers like 700, 750 & 780 there may have been lower numbers as well is this something that is figured by berral length or caliber or is it more trail and error. Thanks for any help.

When removing a Gas Tube from a completed upper with A2 style Front sight, Are you supposed to remove the Front sight from the barrel 1st?
I've been watching and re-watching a bunch of your videos to help me with my own first AR build.
I have to say though, I am surprised you did not try to use a vice grip to put this pin in. That's how I installed my bolt catch pin.
did mine in 2 min with no crazy tools.. some people aren't built to work on stuff.. stick to your computer ar builds guys..
Also it looks like it would be easy to pin that gas block to the barrel because of the predrilled hole.
I've got that same barrel on my pistol build – it is fantastic!
I have an issue im having Failure to extract issues new build, how do i adjust the gas tube ? the weapon fires but doesent move the bolt back.
Nice tools.
Gas tube roll pin = worst part of building an AR!
Did Rainier pre dimple the barrel or did you have to request it?
You made it look easy – I've got a barrel ordered, so will be trying it soon.
Liking that tool set
I would like to see a barrel pinning video using that gas block
I my need to get me a set those.Great video bud.I have a few AR pistol build video coming down the pipe.
Great videos thanks… What brand and size of shop vice is that I see you using.
That's the difference between a gunsmith and a hacker…the right tools.
Looks like a helpful set of tools!
