Just put together a psa rifle for $250. They had a sale on the upper with bcg for 160 and the complete lower was 90. Big fan of psa.

Did you check the chamber for anything that could be keeping the bolt from locking/unlocking?

Keep doing that for about 6 months then you will have a accurate torture test. But good job with what you have to work with.

While the bolt was stuck back, you can remove both pins and slide the upper forward to remove just fyi
I built a 10.5 pistol using a stripped Anderson lower with one of their classic od green kits and an sba3 brace topped it with a psa a2 carry handle only have about 300 rounds of xm193 thru it but for $400 it's ran flawless pretty accurate too

I bought a PSA kit without a lower for $219.00 three years ago. It is one of my favorite rifles and have run around 10000 rounds through it without a problem.
