This is what I got for my 21st birthday. A Nikon Monarch 3-9×40 BDC UCC scope and a Nikon M223 mount, all to go on my AR 15 in 7.62×39.

  1. I would suggest slowing down a little. It felt like I had to catch my breath for the first two minutes. Btw, barrel length doesn't really matter much in terms of accuracy. The difference is negligible.

  2. That sounds right. Go by what nikons web site says as the size for the diameters. I did get the covers for mine too and I used the dimensions from their website.

  3. If you can get the pictanny rail mounts for all three platforms and a quick detatch or just unscrew this mount or any other conventional rings it should work. When you say mount, do you mean the rail part? Because they all have the same rear sight? I dont think that would work.

  4. Good vids bro. I just got the prostaff version and want to either mount on my mosin nagant or sks or my AK. Is there a mount that could be universal with all those rifles? thanks

  5. Thanks. I did not mention marking the screws but I just saw someone talk about it a few days ago. I already warrantied the scope (watch the scope review to see why) and am waiting to get another. I will be marking all of the screws.

  6. Your running a 2 stage standard power spring trigger? Works good? Do you use domestic ammo only? Or foreign also? 18" fluted sounds like a custom barrel, who made it? Mine is an ER Shaw barrel. Please do make a vid and post as reply's to my AR vids for others to see.

  7. Thank You. We did go to a range, we just made a private range at home during my bday (its a pretty recent video, within 5 vids) NorCal. (well actually the valley)

  8. I guess I have to make a video of my 7.62×39 AR-15. It has a 18" fluted heavy barreled upper with a free floated Yankee Hill quad rail. It also has a 3-9 TruGlo illuminated BDC scope with a Primary Arms scope mount. I also put a Rock River 2 stage national match trigger in it recently. Your rifle inspired mine when I built it. I can't wait to take a deer with it this fall.
