You obviously dont have a clue as to what you are talking about. Night vision goggles and devices dont care if the reticle is red or green. However the light from the reticle will damage the intensifier tube. Green reticles have nothing to do with night vision.
True night vision compatible optics drop the brightness of the reticle low enough so it can be seen through night vision devises without damaging them.
