  1. @eminempkr maybe to get a feel for firearm but other than that. the plastic pellets drop way to fast, there not very accuret and there isnt any recoil mangement involved. i havent tried the steel ones maybe there better. other than leaving welts on your buddies there not really a good sub for powder and steel

  2. @Mrguns1011 Actually, many people use airsoft as a substitute for training with real steel fire arms and airsoft has been used by private security companies , and the DOD.Airsoft is a great way to introduce someone to shooting especially to practice handling fire arms safely.

  3. for his first time he did go but tell him to ditch the shades, and airsoft is noting like a real rifle. it dosnt teach the fundmentals(spelled it wrong) of shooting. if you have another son start him off right with a bb / pellet gun or a .22 rifle. he'll be on topgun before you know it. nice vid

  4. glad to see i'm not the only black gun enthusiast in Cali. I recently finished a RRA predator pursuit. This things shoots great. it can stack my hand loads on top of each other. I'm looking to do a 7.62 build now.

  5. @HeadlessHellHound Cool. Always good to see other "Black Gun" owners in CA! In their face with foolish laws like bullet buttons and 10 round mags. Arrrg. This vid is my son's first time on the AR15. He trained (many years) with his M14 Airsoft and made the easy transition to the AR15. I was blown away with his grouping – even though it is scoped with a Nikon M223 (awesome optics). Of course, we can only go to 100yrds at Los Altos Rod & Gun. What is the max distance in Livermore?

  6. I shot this video to check the trigger finger action to make sure "squeeze" not "pull". Looks pretty good. Not sure I like the "hand releasing" after the first few shots, but seemed to stop that as he worked thru the magazine. Really nice grouping and a good shot – his first time with this firearm.
