  1. I got an 8.5inch PSA pistol kit with the Mlok fore end and blade brace about 4 months ago. Used the no name stripped lower receiver for 40 bucks. I have never put an AR together before and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. I added a Geisle Maritime bolt catch/release, Yankee Hill Machine enhanced pivot pins and ambidextrous sling backing plate and a Manticore compensator, a Firefield red dot/laser and flipup sights. I've got a couple of Sig M400's and a couple of AK's, but I flat out love this little AR pistol. Seems to run anything you feed it and is reasonably accurate, a perfect CQB, truck gun or home defense gun. PSA puts out good stuff. The only complaint is that the Shockwave blade won't stay tight and shoots loose.

  2. Looks good bud! I saw PSA had a sale on these recently. I need to go grab one as well. As far as the brace…screw the ATF. Its your private property shoot hold however you please. Over reaching rogue govt agency telling you how to do something with out them standing next to you. I don't think so.

  3. Quick question for you, does your front sight/gas block get in the way of the field of view while looking through the scope? I have a psa mid length carbine and want to put a scope on it but don’t want my fixed front sight to block the field of view.

  4. I never shouldered my pistol brace, it was more in my pectoral area. I know you’re allowed to, or not allowed to depending on whatever the king of England says at the moment….

  5. I think you are a little off on your sbr explanation. Basically all it allows you to do is to take off the stabilizer and put on an actual stock while leaving the barrel under 16". The 200 dollars allows you to legally call it a rifle instead of a pistol.

  6. I found that I really like Palmetto, if you're quick with their prices.  I bought all my parts separately, barrel, upper receiver, lower receiver and all the parts. It was a nice winter project and turned out beautifully….and yes, I check headspace on every new barrel I buy. My AR 300 aac pistol is great.

  7. Bought one yesterday PSA and was $269.99 plus $16.20 State Tax and Free Shipping and have an Anderson Mfg. Lower Receiver @ $39.99 plus BG check and state tax of about $15.00 …. total of $341.18 and may use the carry handle that I already have … like about three or get the Magpul rear flip up. I will possibly take it apart and paint it Duracoat Flat Dark Earth with some part like the barrel and other small parts left in black. I have three other AR pistols both in 5.56/.223 or 300 Black out … you can not beat PSA for quality, customer relations and warranty etc. and PRICE ….. AND YES you can shoulder the AR Pistol.

  8. Great video and explaination of rifle vs pistol and leagle vs illeagle.
Nice looking pistol by the way
Probly going to build one myself now.
    Lol

  9. Great video as usual. How is it holding up? I have a PSA SBA3 complete lower and want to pair it with one of their 10.5 inch complete upper, similar to the one here but with the A2 style handguard. They go for about $160 shipped. They are always out of stock. I plan on installing a carry handle on there to make it look like a "mini" m16 😁
