Building an AR-15 really isn’t all that hard. Build an AR-15 for UNDER 400 dollars is pretty simple depending on the parts you choose. Build an AR-15 for UNDER 400 dollars in your own garage were the parts used are legal…sorry CA. It’s actually much more like adult legos. Put piece a into b and then c sorta stuff. Tools are very minimal. I would recommend at least having a set of punches and those can be bought from harbor freight for like 8 bucks. Just take it slow and you’ll have it built pretty fast.

Dude… AR-15's are gay. Get yourself a M70 Zastava. (NOT THE "SPORTING" VERSION MADE AFTER 2001) but a fully converted Semi-Automatic ones. Preferably the ones with the initials "MADE IN YUGOSLAVIA". Cuz the Serbian ones aren't made with love.
