Ordinary firearms are supposed be select fire, all the militaries use them.

It doesn't matter if they are semiauto or full auto or a plane or ship we are allowed and supposed to have these and be in a military of the people to protect the country. Why would they be afraid of the citizens who are here to protect everyone including them.

I think the founders probably could’ve imagined an AR-15 when they wrote the Second Amendment. They probably could’ve imagined better than an AR-15, perhaps even an M4.

This could also be a big big problem for us. Do I trust the Supreme Court. No not yet. Even if the Supreme Court rules in our favor. Are the lower courts going to just ignore the ruling just like they have ignored the previous good rulings. What will the Supreme Court do when that happens? Anything?

Sure all they had back then were muskets. But they knew the government was going to try this. Besides they didn't realize we were getting smarter on gun technology, and so here were are today. Government gets to keep their guns but they don't want you to have your guns. This could be the big one boys, never stop buying guns and ammo.

I’ve been saying this for many years, and it should be applied to ALL laws in our society (not just the 2A) but ANY law that gives gov the ability to enforce a victimless crime is immoral and should be illegal. It’s time to ban the enforcement of victimless crimes entirely. That would be real freedom. If you don’t like it, move to another country that enjoys economically terrorizing its citizens for victimless crimes

Washington State liberals are going to lose their damn mind! We can at least own them but they cannot be purchased in the state and magazines are restricted to 10 rounds. But you can still possses and use the 30 round standard capacity magazine, you just can't buy any new ones. I've heard of people buying standard capacity magazines in ID where The Constitution is 100% honored, taking them out of the package, scuffing them up a bit to make them look used and throwing away the receipt. I've never done this myself. In fact, all but my EDC were lost in a tragic boating accident in the deepest part of Lake Pend Orielle. So they're somewhere 1,100 feet under the water.

At the time of the writing & ratification of the Constitution. Citizens were armed with the same (sometimes better rifled barrel) as the Continental Army & British arms…. The second amendment states right to keep and bear arms..( purchase possess & carry on your person ) arms .. not flintlocks not muskets. ARMS ! The forefathers wisely knew firearms would progress.. do you really think they wanted civilian militia fighting with inferior weapon?
