A quick follow-up on the recent confiscation of two AR pistols by California DOJ officers in San Diego. After having posted the video, I’ve received some communications from people claiming to be law enforcement and some claiming to work directly for the California Department of Justice. I produced this video to pass along what I’ve learned in the process.

How to avoid confiscation:
1. Buy or rent a boat.
2. Don't forget to report the accident to your insurance company.
3. Post the accident report on your front door.
4. If someone knocks, DON'T ANSWER.
5. If someone calls and asks about your guns, kindly express your grief at losing all of your guns in a boating accident.
6. If they don't believe you and someone knocks down your door, USE THOSE GUNS ON THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE VIOLATING THE CONSTITUTION AND THEIR OATH OF OFFICE!

Anyone showing up at your door with a "legal warrant" is a fraud attempting to adhere you to an undisclosed contract. They must have a "lawful" warrant… I know it sounds stupid to most people, but there is a very significant difference. A legal warrant is a contract by which you unkowingly agree to allow the government to deprive you of your rights under the constitution. A contrivance of public enemy number one, The Bar Association & their statutory rules/codes/policies… Notice the word law was not in there?? A lawful warrant is rooted in the constitutional republic and natural law. Any & all lawful warrants MUST **M*U*S*T** be accompanied at all times by an affidavit, sworn under oath by the third party claiming your actions caused them harm or damage & a "verified complaint", with a court seal having the sworn testimony of the damaged third party. A lawful warrant MUST, always be accompanied by these two other documents or it is 100% fictitious, void on it's face and unenforceable. If anyone tries to enter my property, my home, acting under color or law with a fictitious warrant, I will invoke castle doctrine and kill them. There is Supreme Court precedent to back up all of this.

that can be struck down as quickly as the ban on alcohol) but the
Supreme Court has never claimed AR-15s are protected. And lets be
honest, 99% of us will do exactly what this guy did, give up his guns
and grumble. *At CPAC, after the crowd chanted BUILD THE WALL, trumps
answer was something like- We will have to bring in record numbers of
immigrants legally to feed the job market.
The only way forward is
to recognize the country has irreconcilable differences and we need a
divorce before it turns really ugly. Time is not on our side as they
grow in population by the day.

When police find guns in you, their eyes shine like stars, thinking they will bust you for the good of their career, then they find out that your guns are locked and compliant so they have to let you go.

Whose to say IF they have a Warrant, they are going to treat you legally at all. They are going to confiscate your guns whether they are whole or unassembled. Then they will just lie about it. Once they are inside your house, you are now under their thumb.
I hope that Citizen is seeking legal representation. Please let people know how to fund his defense or his moving costs out of California.

And still thousands of middle class citizens who make up a large portion of the tax revenue (California, Illinois, New York) are moving to gun friendly states. In a few years; all California will have left are Celebrities, Politicians, and the illegal immigrants. Why do you think several LARGE companies have already moved or making plans to relocate their headquarters? I don't know the current number of cities in California that have already declared bankruptcy, but I imagine the list will continue to grow
The problem is in this day and age, just like Dianne feinstein, there are a ton of anti-gun liberals. All of which wants to take your guns no matter what. So even if you do the right thing, they will find a way to take your stuff. In this day and age do not trust the government.

The statement, "I'm just a soldier following orders" got people hung in Nienburg. I'm now retired LEO and following an illegal order is illegal. I'm in MS. If they started that stuff here it would literally be a war. When I was working we talked about what would happen and what we would do if CA type law became a federal law. We all said we wouldn't enforce it because 1. It is wrong, 2. you would need a SWAT team, and 3. People would die (some of us).
WTH! Most big city police departments have unions right? Force the union that represents you to take a stand and enforced the US Constitution! When the 2nd falls everything will be next.
