I know this isnt going to be popular to say, but I know how you feel.
I'm 6'3 220lbs black male, and getting service is a bitch at a gun shop where I am. I've seen them hide in the back through their door window. You would think after buying 2 pistols from them it would get better but nope

I buy plenty of prebuilt stuff, but I always have a project in mind to build. That and some of the more "novelty" things, I can't build without jumping through a ton of hoops.
What brand ar 15 is used by the us military? I would assume they have the best right? And is it actually possible for a civilian to get one? I know the government can get pretty strict about stuff like that. Is there a legal way to get stuff like that?

I agree about the box. I keep every gun box for the same reason. I don't plan to sell anything but just in case I ever do the box makes the weapon much more attractive to many perspective buyers.

You just got money to blow for buying that rifle lol if it was me I would’ve just built a rifle with HIGH END quality parts like battlearms, slr, bsf, f1, etc. and optics and probably still cost less than that but no hating here it’s your money but just my opinion it’s just I don’t see how that rifle is worth that much just basically buying a BRAND.
