Will I have to change out the old barrel nut? Or can I use this with my old one?
These handguards are pretty good. I have two of them.
I own both the 15in and 13.5 inch rails and they were incredibly easy to install just buy them quit waiting I've installed much harder ones and these are by far the sturdiest and most well thought-out handguards I've seen
I removed my free float quad rail with the old style barrel nut shown, due to timing issues. I never could get the quad rail top perfectly square. With these tabs, does that mean the rail is perfectly timed to the upper receiver, no matter what? If so I'M BUYING THIS.

I just bought the 10" Mlok handguard. Very pleased. I am planning on getting the 13.5" handguard mlok as well.

I own the 10" Aim Sports M-Lok rail. Very well built, great quality, light-weight, within spec, and inexpensive. I don't have a single complaint about it.
