  1. @jrdrg911 I would think twice before buying a dpms, since the freedom group bought them out there quality control has gone down. There are instances of rifles going out without any rifling in the barrel. Same with Remington, you really gotta watch out. Qualitys gone down alot, ask any real gun guy about it

  2. i loved my bushmaster but it got stollen a year ago along with my .308 and my Glock but when my taxes come back im goin and buying a DPMS AR-15 witch are made inthe same warehouse as bushmaster so theres hardly any difference

  3. @dmcgrathudt I have seen this problem a few times with customers coming to my shop .
I have fixed this kind of problem by drilling the cass port holes in the barrel and gas block with a 101 size drill bit for more gas flow into the bolt carrier for more reliable funtioning with lower pressures.
I feel its not the suppressor is the problem its the gas ports are to small to let more gas pressure flow into the bolt carrier.

  4. @dmcgrathudt The can increases back pressure. The carrier is probably out running the magazine's ability to feed the next cartridge. The same problem occurs on high round count M16s where the gas port has eroded and enlarged and is overgassing the carrier.

  5. @graysonator123 Mine is a 5.56 with burst that i *cough modified cough* to shoot auto but when you add the can it doent have the backpressure after a few rounds to completely cycle. Even shooting the m855 or the heavier m193 ammo causes the problem.. I know the M4 isnt designed to use a can so i was curious to know if yours had issues with cycling due to backpressure issues or I need to look at a longer barrel when using the can.

  6. Does it ever jam on you with rapid fire? I shoot auto and it jams about every 6-8 rounds when it doesnt eject the casing.. Military ammo and it still doesnt do well but i have a 13.5" barrel also..
