Ive had alot of bad experiences with companies and their nickel boron bcgs. From not being staked properly or not being polished to having bad headspacing ive been dying to get a good one but im afraid to spend money again….
Hey man, you said its High Pressure Tested as well as MPI, but i saw no where on their website for the BCG that its High Pressure Tested.. Are you sure its HPT'd? and if so, whered you get the info? thanks for the video im in the process of building an Aero rifle myself
I still think you have to lubricate the damn thing.
After trying alot of BCG's I will only use nickle boron from here on. Easier to keep clean an honestly I just think they are a little better than the old regular 158 BCG's
Sharps has a great BCG along with Aero. Even the the cheaper fail zero bcg's are decent.
Nice hat ALO)(A
Got one and will not eject brass or close all the way. Aero complete upper. No gas adjustment. I’m not sure what the problem is.
Do this video after 500 rounds. A much better example can then be determined after that.
How did you feel about the machining marks on the inside of the BCG? Sub par quality. Mine had the same machining marks.
Nib BCGs are the only way to go.
Wanna make a AR pistol? Buy a Fn five-seven
What was that thing you threaded onto your rifle in the behind g of the video?
Nice kak 😍
good to know Aero's nib coating is quality… i have a wmd nib and after 200 rds it turned goldish
it's chambered in 556 & 223?? Can only be one. dude, you only put 50 rds its not going to be dirty anyway… also if you lightly oil the nib's the carbon wipes off easier. FYI
Subbed. 😉
Sweet . Very nice. I seen an AR pretty much made out of some sort of nickel alloy.. I was looking for that video, this is a gd video to stumble upon. 👍👍
Hardly no oil to see how it performed ?
Will this work on my right hand side charging receiver?
Did the BCG come like that or did you polish it?
50 RD not much , I shoot 1000 RD still not clean yet it is very good
where i can buy ar 15s bolt carrier in india?
It's 158 carpenter steel. What you have is 9310 alloy.
aren't chrome plated carriers better, more durable and longer lasting than these new wonder coatings?
Are you a friend of Bills?
How much?
I built my AR with the Aero M4E1 upper, lower, hand guard kit in OD Green… The build went amazing… the icing on the cake was the Aero NiB BCG. Just plain awesome guys. Highly recommend. Thanks for the video man!
thanks for posting this video. i was thinking of buying this for my ar15 build and now i'm sold. keep up the great work.
50 rounds isn't even enough to justify cleaning. The back end of the bolt won't have much even after a couple hundred rounds because the gas isn't forced back there unless you are running a suppressor.
Nice bolts as is the Fail Zeros. You can run them dry without issue. Military test ran the Fail Zero dry for over 10,000 rds without a failure and that's the idea to keep dirt and sand from sticking. Lubing them actually will cause them to catch dirtcarbon.
How does it shoot tula, brown bear or wolf?
umm regardless umm of the umm claim umm, I'd still umm keep the bolt umm lubed umm because you'll just umm wear out the umm coating umm faster umm…..umm umm…
Great video definitely getting me one of these on my next build or even my current ar15
I hear from my local gun store guys that Lantac is the $hit… Any input or experience??
Nice video, I have one question for you. How the hell are you getting them to send you stuff for FREE?
