In this video we throw on this $20 Reflex Sight on my Bushmaster AR15 and see what we get at 100 yards. End of the day, this sight is pretty darn cool & good for the price but I would recommend getting something of better quality for the long run. Nonetheless, here’s the link to buy one:

  1. I have one of the Browning buck mark sights. Very affordable and works well. It looks identical to this. Bushnell trs 25 is another awesome option. You can get one off Amazon without the riser for under $50

  2. I ETS'ed in 83 , optics where a pipe dream , and night vision was almost science fiction . I also outfit my AR with cheap optics , but I learned that I could purchase discounted upper receiver groups , rail them out and mount low cost t optics . IE: my reflex site is mounted on an upper receiver w/o a dust cover , because that would be used in interior situations , whereas my telescopic site is mounted on a dust covered upper w an excellent forward assist for boonie hopping . In reality a gun fight in America last seconds (except for the aberrations of the Florida FBI shoot out and the LAPD bank robbery) If a $20-$40 site can give me 10 mins of effective fire in my home I'm OK with that. A"military grade"flashlight is $140 bucks ,but the military gave me a green plastic flashlight with green batteries and a red filter that died after 15 mins of land navigation. Just saying .
