What sold me on Aimpoint was their promotional video almost 20 years ago. When they used a Comp 2 as a baseball I was sold.

Aside from clone builds, it’s tough to swallow eotech prices after the delamination, thermal drift, and battery issues. I get they’re decent currently…maybe used 🤷🏼♂️
I like my duty RDS – my one complaint is the red ring when I turn up the brightness. It’s really distracting but I think it’s worse because of my astigmatism.

Ive got 2 of the OG RDS’, and been very happy with them. I have a new AR that needs an optic, and the RDS is at the top of dot list. The donut of death doesn’t move the needle much for me, but having options isn’t a bad thing.
Eotech died years ago.
Compared to the Holosun HS503R the Duty RDS MR is much better, haven't compared it to the Holosun ARO Core or the ARO EVO yet, I just can't bring myself to spend the money for a T-2.
Last time I was this early I had to apologize to my date.

I would much rather have some sort of drop reticle you can turn on or off instead of circle with no dot. For use with subs or dual zero for my 300blk supers/subs.

That shake to wake turning off just ruins it. They could have had a ten out of ten product.
Good to see Aimpoint catching up to Holosun after only 10 short years. For the price I'd still choose my EOTechs. I prefer holographic. I change my batteries often enough that 30k hours means very little to me.
