  1. Hey, if you're using a milspec trigger, try the jp enterprises 3.5lb trigger and hammer spring kit. My dad and I got both of our ar22s to run subsonics and standard velocity with that change. His has a 4" barrel and mine is a 16" running both suppressed and unsuppressed

    At first they would only work with hotter ammo, 1400-1600fps. We'd have hammer follow with standard velocity. We figured that the standard velocity didn't have enough power to push the bolt all the way back with the added drag from the frt.

    So we swapped the springs and it ran everything we loaded in it. They're like 10-11 beans for the spring kit and the trigger is much nicer.

    Starting from back to front:

    – Buffer plug
    – Steel weight body with aluminum internal weights
    – Yellow recoil spring (4lbs)
    – As designs arc-fire
    – Polished inside of bolt carrier rails paying particular attention to radius the edges
    – Polish the trigger reset bump on the bottom of the bolt to a mirror finish
    – Polish the lower outer edge of the chamber (took about :30 seconds to a minute of actual polishing)
    – Borebuddy Cresent firing pin with red spring (my triggers have full power hammer springs)
    – Drislide lube (carbon doesn't stick)

    Ammo:
    CCI Mini Mags 100% in semi, 100% in FRT semi

    Remington Golden Bullets 100% in Semi, 85-90% in semi frt
