Okay so I have a question helping someone can help me answer if I have a r with a 7.5 inch barrel it's a pistol and I'd like to put on upper which has an 11.5 inch barrel would that be breaking the law
And what's funny is you can have pistol length barrel but a overall design over 21in and put a foregrip on it, because its big its not an AOW.
If you put a stock on a pistol and put a 16 inch barrel on it, then put the short barrel back on but leave the stock….. arrested. Always leave the brace on

So if you put a 16+ inch barrel on pistol lower can you add a stock at that point or still brace??
I was charged with a prohibited weapon because I had the wrong stock on a ar9. This happened two weeks before Texas legalized sbrs. The called cps and took my daughter from me and called my job as a commissioned security officer of 10+ years and had my level 3 license pulled. This destroyed my life lost my family and about to lose my home. Its not right to basically be given a life sentence for the wrong stock. I have lost everything. I have never been in trouble in my life. no should ever go though this.
Some lawyer got paid a ton of money to write up this crap he knew was dumb as hell
