A zoom with the Nikon P1000 to take a look at the German yacht BORA, she is seen here heading South in the North sea with great Yarmouth behind her and Lowestoft ahead, BORA is a class B yacht which means she is a vessel built to navigate on the offshore waters (200 miles and less) and can substain up to force 8 winds and waves up to 4 meters, here she is only 1.4 nautical Miles (1.6 miles or 2.6KM) off the coast.

I think this is the first time the P1000 has let me down. The boat doesn't seem that far away. I was hoping there would be a little more sharpness regarding the people on the boat. Maybe it was a focus adjustment issue.
Not to be unfair, I loved the "shimmer" in the water, an effect caused by the reflection of the sun.
