I read this neans its in lockout mode. Im having exact issue.
Actually I just took mine apart and found the battery was at 0v. I plugged it in and it went to 4v and back to 0v when I unplugged it, I soldered in a new battery and the light now works.
I have the same issue, did you find a fix?
Take it apart and solder back the power or ground wire
