  6. I got a better idea. How about we start charging politicians who pass laws that violate our constitutional rights with treason. Throw them in prison for a lengthy period of time and watch how quickly they end the political charade of grand standing bs.

  15. These people need to be held accountable for governmental wast of funds. They will spend millions defending a state law that is violating a constitutional amendment. Each state government has in place laws for waste and abuse, which this is both. What most don't understand is federal law supersedes state law. An example is DOT halting heavy truck licenses issuance in some states due to people who should not have them.

  17. There is too much money in fighting “gun control”. That’s the only reason why SCOTUS is refusing to just tell these states that any and all variants of AR bans is unconstitutional. They have been dragging their feet for years. We live in 2 different Americas. One is for patriots. The other is run by the Marxists.

  20. I think this is part of it I also think they are going after the supply side. kind of a back door ban by regulating local gun shops out of business. I think next year or two we will be seeing more harassment and lawsuits on gun establishments, taxes, etc.

  21. There's nothing special about the VA ban. There are currently 2 ar ban cases awaiting cert decisions before SCOTUS. Why in the world would we think in terms of spending years litigating the VA ban just to get it in a position to ask SCOTUS to review it when there are 2 already there right now?

  23. Well one of the justices said that an AWB case will eventually be heard at SCOTUS. They are just looking for the perfect case, coming out of the proper circuit anti-2A circuit. The real question, is exactly what case specific is are they looking for?

  24. Your probably correct the democrats thoughts about their thinking process… one thing is obvious is that they are giving the middle finger to SCOTUS and its opinions that has released. They want us to fight for our rights, and thinking we won’t.

  25. Constitution clearly stated in article 1 section 10 in addition to the actual law which is amendment 2 of the bill of rights, States cannot enact an ex post facto law. Article 6 section 2 of the US Constitution anything contrary to the constitution is notwithstanding in law. 18 USC 241 and 242, Deprivation of rights is a felony

  26. It’s gonna be a lot sooner than a generation my guy. It always get pushed every year or 2 or so on other infringements and keep repeating until they win even after losing a few times. Think of how Virginia went for the jugular and if it wasn’t for the Trump admin it would’ve happened so not even a generation if Dem becomes president next election

  27. It’s Virginia’s only time to put a ban into place because the General Assembly controls the Senate and House with a Democrat governor to smooth things through. Redistricting will most definitely be revisited next session. It’s all unconstitutional and day-by-day prosecutors and sheriff offices are declining to enforce unconstitutional laws because they swore to support and defend both U.S. and Virginia constitutions. SCOTUS has got to step in. On top of all this Spanberger said in her own word that AR-15’s are “commonly used,” which may come back on her. Sic Semper Tyrannis.

  28. any politicians that violate the constitution and bill of rights such as Gun bans and open borders should be removed from office and criminally charged. the same with politicians that steal taxpayers money.

  31. Folks are willing to defend their property against theft to keep them, the question is, are the police willing to kill to take them? If the answer is no, there can be no ban. Although I appreciate the real threat of purchasing more becoming difficult is a legitimate concern.

  33. This could go to SCOTUS in one case with the magazine and AR15 ban. One case takes care of two issues. It would be much better than hoping SCOTUS accepts two separate cases. Then if they take a second case we would be much better off from there.

  34. i bought 4 from Palmetto, just cause i can buy more and make sure i added the affordable AR PSA's next to my HK and FNs. LMAO. Also there were AWB before Younkin aswell and other democrate governers, im pretty positive when July 1 hits DOJ dhillen will step as she said "see u in court" this AWB will be dead by then. So yea just STOCK UP and buy what you can, Greeting from a 2A fellow in Fairfax.

  35. I’m 23 and live in Virginia. Most of my peers had a vague idea that they would buy a gun at some point, but these laws have only served to wake us up. I’ve bought three guns in the last few months and nearly all of my friends have got one or more.

  41. Virginia has committed TREASON AGAINST THE CONSTITUTION and The United States of America, additionally have violated Oath of Office (Oath of Allegiance), violated every Citizens Constitutional RIGHTS as stated in the Bill of RIGHTS 2nd Amendment;

    “A well regulated militia being necessary for the security of a free state, the RIGHT of the PEOPLE to Keep and Bear ARMS, SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED”. (Infringed = Regulated, Violated, Destroyed, Hindered, Inhibited).
    The Governor of Virginia and all members of the state legislature who voted for Gun Control should be arrested and jailed awaiting trial. Charges are TREASON to the Constitution specifically INFRINGEMENT OF THE SUPREME CORE LAW OF THE 2nd AMENDMENT, violation of Citizens Constitutional RIGHTS, violation of SCOTUS rulings of Heller and Bruen, violated Federal Felony law of Oath of Office by Governor and Legislature members.

  43. we love our guns, and now we hate fairfax and all the garbage around dc. waiting for weezy to open a gun store, selling her stolen, i mean confiscated, guns.abby spammy may control her minions in east Virginia, but she does not control the most square miles of our state. we got wooly swamp and woodchippers, so don't come looking again.

  44. You left out the big clue about democrats strategy. They have an unconstitutional gun law on the books. They will not enforce it once the Supreme Court rules but they will leave it on the books. The next democrat will pack the court, get it overturned and the legislation is already in place and will be enforced immediately. It is long term planning.
