On Tuesday, May 19th, the House Committee on Administration of Criminal Justice will hold a hearing on HB 328, a “gun-free zone” expansion bill. Please contact members of the committee by using the TAKE ACTION button below and urge them to OPPOSE HB 328.
HB 328 expands existing gun-free zones by restricting longstanding exceptions currently recognized under Louisiana law for certain residential facilities on public higher education campuses.
