House Bills 328 and 563 are currently pending before the House Committee on Administration of Criminal Justice and could be considered at any time. Please use the Take Action button below to contact committee members and urge them to OPPOSE these anti-Second Amendment measures.
HB 328 would expand existing gun-free zones by restricting longstanding exceptions currently recognized under Louisiana law for certain residential facilities on public higher education campuses.
HB 563 would create a so-called “Louisiana Voluntary Do Not Sell List,” raising serious constitutional, procedural, and privacy concerns.
