  1. It’s easy to get decent with a rifle, but getting GOOD takes proper technique and intentional reps. I’ve spent years of effort and hundreds of thousands of rounds to get where I am today…

But you don’t have to! I created the Carbine Mastery course online to help you shortcut your learning curve, avoid common mistakes, and give you the tools to perfect your practice from your own home. Check it out at https://www.dryfiremastery.com/Carbine-Mastery

  3. What if I’m seeing dot going right every shot? I’m new to 16 inches barrel, I’m used to shooting 14.5. I’m seeing my dot going right every pull. My stand is pretty solid, what could be the reason?

  4. Seems like a poor and vague explanation of a very simple concept. You need 3 positive points of contact on the rifle, with the recoil inline with your shoulder, shoulder rolled forward, dominant trap raising to meet butt stock, cheek lowering to meet butt stock, ribs stacked above hips with core braced, natural slight forward leaning of the body into the direction of fire, and legs spread in a wide natural boxer’s stance to brace positively against the ground.

Anyone with a 100 IQ can figure this out alone if they’re just genuinely trying to improve. To be a teacher means that you can succinctly communicate lessons faster than they would be naturally learned by failure, or trial and error.

“Change more” and “that felt nice” is a communication of emotion, not of formula or instruction. It’s useless. If any other professional used vague language like that in training instruction or legally binding documentation it would be unacceptable and extremely professional because it is operatively useless.

You have good energy and good video production. Learn how to communicate your excitement and skill and it’ll pay off in dividends. Learn specific body mechanics to communicate precisely. Think of Squat University, but for shooting.
