I always think the silver and black cameras look better, my only grips with the X100 series is that the silver lens is a different shade to the silver of the body.
i preordered both since I couldn't decide which to choose. someone offered me extra $300 for the silver one and I sold it. I am in love with my black since my all time fav color is black. paired it with smallrig black leather case and haoge square hood. i don't regret my decision to keep the black and sell the silver one for extra $300. it was like, I got my black at $300 discount.
I adore the silver aesthetic. I own a silver X-T5 that exudes a vintage charm. While the silver finish may tarnish and chip over time, these imperfections contribute to its unique character.
I had the X100S in silver, when I was getting my 100VI I was going to go black, but looked back at my silver 100S, knew I'd miss it so my S100VI is silver 🙂
I bought mine today.. and before I did, I fell in love initially with how the silver looks, and then before I went in I thought the black was better for the stealth and accessories and said I wanted that instead… The camera shop had both in stock (lucky to have the choice).. I was so torn seeing them in person. The shops manager told me the silver one sells out 2:1 to the black and for reselling it, the silver is definitely more sought after.
He also said, the silver style generally is not as common with other cameras brands.. So it’s a more unique style that Fujifilm sticks to.. ultimately this swayed me…. I stood there for maybe 20 minutes deciding haha..
And to be honest I really love how they both look… truly a timepiece.. Looking forward to getting some accessories like the silver hood cap and brown leather case and strap.
Greetings,unfortunately, my husband passed away, he had a Fujifilm x100v camera and it's just here collecting dust, I'm in the spirit of giving it to anyone
Silver is great for travel and street photography. Black is an all arounder and is more suited for video work and professional use. If you’re making a living with it buy black

Black >
Silver = Vintage/Iconic look & Black = modern look

This video was not made with a fuji camera because it is in focus 😅

I love the silver version of my X100F

I would love silver one, having black XT5 actually )))
I really like the silver but I already have a vintage rangefinder where it got its looks from. I’m probably going black to kinda get that Leica look
The silver is different from all market competition

That black is gorgeous
Its ai 😂
For me it’s no contest, the silver one is better. Both are nice but that retro type silver and black is really great. 🙂
