A 1 and 7 twist is supposedly better for heavier grain bullets. Atleast thats what I've heard. So I've always ran 62 grain through mine. Do you notice much of a difference between the 55 and 62 grain in your rifle? If so how much of a difference? I haven't tested it yet through mine.

Nice setup I have a similar build car15 handguard etc just my upper is a bcm upper so I bought a aftermarket carry handle with a monstrum 3x prism scope
