Geissele SSAE in my build. its a LITTLE light for a defense build, if i had it to do over I'd probably get the SSA and use this SSAE in a range build. Both are 2 stage which I prefer.
Cassette triggers come as a unit, LaRue, RRA, Giselle come as parts. There are pros and cons to Cassette triggers.
My first AR build uses a LaRue MBT2S. .300AAC
