I’m waiting on the exact same kit to arrive, wondering if the front sight post will be perfectly aligned after hearing that some aren’t, how is yours?
Just ordered my first AR, always been a classic firearm enthusiast but should things go awry, it’ll be good to have something a bit more modern. Not to mention the owner for PSA is based.
Dude: Retro is always cool! I'm about to order my AR kit from Palmetto shortly. It's the gray nitro MOE model. So, retro, but enough contemporary appeal. I found that if you pay attention to the various DYI videos, the instructions are pretty straight forward…hopefully.

I got a PSA kit with the CHF barrel. I took 2 years upgrading everything to get it the way I wanted it. It's a tack-driver! Never had an issue with it. I highly recommend PSA rifles.

I had a similar mag issue with an anderson lower. I found pmags are 1mm thicker than the aluminum mags. Marked the mag well with a marker and found where the pmag was scraping. Took an aluminum mag and a bit of sandpaper and ran it through that area for a while until the pmags dropped free. Doesn't look pretty, but nobodys going to see it unless they look for it

Don’t do a Gordy on a flattop upper please. You need an a2 upper for that.. you’d be running a carry handle mount which can shift zero, on top of a picatinny rail mount just to mount a red dot on top of all that nonsense… Just run a sweet block 1 build throw a quad rail and EOTech 512 on it and run
Which scope?
So I'm new to AR's. If I buy this kit do I have to assemble it myself? Does it come with everything necessary to shoot other than an optic? I'm super interested in this but I wanna make sure that I understand what I'm getting.
I am think of purchasing this. It would be my first AR as well as first build. Is the kit complete with everything i need to assemble and fire?
I got one too, went with the carry handle/sight. It’s a smooth shooter, VERY accurate, and I can’t find the blem. I think PSA just wants us all to have quality firearms.
I along with probably thousands of others have one of these and i am supremely impressed. I routinely achieve 1moa or better at 100 yards with pmc xtac 55 gr fmj, norma 55 grain jhp gets just slightly better on average. Only thing i changed on mine i added a strike industries handguard, stubby fore grip and an armaspec xpdw collapsible stock and 4×30 scope with horshoe reticle, its a grwat and accurate rifle.

This is my First AR15. I love PSA and what they stand for. I was able to get my PSA AR15 in a Bundle deal. It included, The AR15, Magpul Backup Sites, Vortex Strikefire II Red/Green Dot, 2 Magazines, Ear and eye protection, Cleaning Kit, Carry Bag, and Targets for about $680.00.
Then added 8 more PMAGS, Ammo 500 rounds worth from PSA's Ammo Company AAC, adding Tax and FFL Transfer all in all $790.00 I feel I got it for a steal. I proudly say I love my PSA PA15 Rifle along with my Anderson Kiger 9C handgun by myside.
This will be my first rifle once I turn 18 in a month

You can NOT in anyway go wrong with PSA. I have numerous of their AR’s one of witch is my go to battle rifle. It’s the Freedom with their nickel bore BCG and nickel bore 2 stage trigger with Sig Romeo red dot and it shoots 1 inch group and under at 150 yards Al day long. I will put it up against any Daniel Defense, Rockriver and any $2k rifle any day of the week.. DO NOT BE ASHAMED TO OWN PSA.. you should check out their dagger 9mm as well.

I wanna buy this.. but i do not want a m16 type carry handle. Does the build kit come with that or is that piece apart of the lower i would buy?
What kind of lower is that?
Who doesn't need another $350 AR? Those are the best ones for throwing in the back of the side by side when you are going out to dick around in the woods. You don't care if they get a little scratched
