a big improvement for sure, but still feels FAR behind the Nightcore double AA. That one has better clip, much much better output, and decent UI. Thoughts?
I've been carrying the AA-only version for over a decade. Carried it every shift back when I worked in corrections, which prompted several other officers to order them. I think its hard to beat for value and conveience. Being able to use common batteries is a severely underrated consideration these days.
