We all know the setup in the second amendment rights as of late.. gotten ridiculous
The pistol brace rule was defeated by a final court ruling vacating the ATF rule, not by a temporary injunction or preliminary injunction. Injunctive relief is relief that occurs prior to the court issuing a final judgement or final decision in the case. The injunction happens before trial and provides immediate relief prior to the full trial, but is no longer necessary once the court or jury issues their final judgement or verdict in the case. The pistol brace rule has been fully adjudicated and we won. We don't need an injunction anymore because the judge ruled the entire case in our favor formally vacating the ATF rule nationwide. The ATF pistol brace rule is done, gone, and the only way to get it back is for the government to appeal within the timeframe allowed.

Im to old to care about the fickle nature of the government. I have what I need. I have what I want. I will not give up what I have. If the government tries to take what I have, it will not go well for anyone.
