Thanks for sharing. I just picked up the 4-12 P233 and what looks to be the same Am-15 you have.
Was your Anderson built or bought? I ask because we have identical magpul furniture and front gas block but I have yet to see another one searching google images. Mine has a 16” 1/9 barrel. Would love to hear how you got yours. Thanks!
Very cool!!
I am with you .. quick mounts are not important to me.
I would go with that model if I built another AR-15.
I have not had a good experience with the cheaper Nikon scopes. Everything below the Monarch level seems inadequate for my eyes. The Monarchs are great. The inexpensive "Action" series binoculars Have worked for me so well, I have several sets. Just my .00002 cents worth, since o has been in office that is all I can afford.
I had a scope on my AR and it was good, but I was actually more accurate at 50 yards with open sights than with the scope and no more accurate at 100 yards than with open sights (I suck equally either way). So now I just run a cheap ghost ring open sight. Light, cheap, and as accurate as I need to be 🙂
Good Stuff Bro!
1/4 moa and same bullet drop reticle as the m223
great deal side note on critical eye relief is its not always super close it can be 2 inches or 3 or 4 its just an exact point versus an eye box which gives you wiggle room from say 3 through 3.5 inches and this box changes with magnification anyway great vid
are the turrets in 1/4 moa and what kind of reticle does this one have
Nice piece i was unaware of the p223 good info
Nice. I like Nikon stuff.
