Magpul ASAP installation on a Bushmaster AR-15

I just checked my youtube history also and the pic of the 3 rifles that I remember from the vid is not on any of the thumbs. They were all stripped down ar;s with lowers that accept glock mags and come in 9mm, .40 & .45

A new rifle just came out that is an AR platform but takes Glock mags and is only $600 and looks to be a lot easier to work on. Check The Armory Channel. A+ for effort. Good job, especially on the instructions. T.U.

I can only assume it's because some tubes (as in pistol tubes maybe?) do not have the notch the tab fits in. Maybe one of the AR gurus will chime in.

You mean the "tab" that was replaced by the "key" I put in w/the Victorinox?

Is there a reason the tab is not connected to the end plate like it is on the stock plate?
