Feeding problems with my new Anderson Utility carbine were driving me crazy. Watch and see if I was able to fix this low-cost firearm.

Morning Mixup98, thanks for telling and showing us 2A members about the trouble u had with ur new Anderson Ar-15 Rifle. glad u got it repaired.
I still can't believed that i had found my Tippmann m4-22 mico elite pistol. what a pistol, shot after shot, it just keeps on shooting.
I have an Anderson carbine and a 10.5" pistol. I never had a problem.
Since when did a father and son enjoying shooting guns become a threat?
Not only is YT blatantly anti firearm, I cannot share this on Facebook
there are deburring tools that will deburr the backside of a hole
In my experience, the AR/M16 bolt carrier should be chrome lined. Yes, there are many folks who trumpet the use of "Nitride" coatings and so forth. But the only bolt carriers I have ever seen on MILITARY rifles are chrome lined. I believe in using ONLY what is tried and tested for MILITARY use. As for the 223v556 sometimes controversy, I never worry about it. I have never loaded anything except MILITARY brass and used MILITARY spec bullets with standard surplus military powders. All the ammo I have ever loaded works fine. Exactly the same for the .308/7.62×51.
utb = communism
Glad to see it functioning! Thanks for sharing!
well they call Anderson the poverty pony for a reason!! i take it it's a 1 in 12 barrel twist? that's the one thing about 5.56/.223 that drives me up the wall different slug weights need a different twist rate! any other caliber i've shot you just adjust the sights!
Nice video

It seems like the bolt has Burrs inside of it which has damaged the first gas rings I think the bolt is just shit
One of the first times I've ever heard of a cheap AR-15 being undergassed
I never could understand why platforms that have a free speech pedestal they stand on continually go against the First Amendment. It's probably because they're monetized and moderated by a bunch of lefties

Great video glad you got that rifle fixed ever think about moving over to rumble almost like YouTube but they Don't restrict video's especially gun video's might think about it anyway thanks for sharing mixup98
I have learned so much about firearms from watching your videos. It would be a terrible loss to not have access to your wonderful body of work. YouTube sucks. Are you on Rumble?
They did cannot donate
I absolutely appreciate you making this series on the Anderson Am-15. I went out and got me my first AR for Christmas and decided Iโd go with the Anderson , unfortunately I had this same exact thing happen . I have a new BCG otw and hopefully thatโll fix my issue ! Thank you mixup98!
I learned ar-15 m16 in basic training 1975 i bought my first ar in 1979 sp-1 colt still have it and have 2 others great guns thank you
Very nice update video. I knew that the issue had to be something fairly simple to find. I have a Sig Romeo 5 red dot on my AR, and I plan on getting some more optics at some point, so I can have more choices and also, to become more accurate.
Imagine if Hollywood demonetized movies and shows for violence and depictions criminal activity ๐ฅ ๐บ
Are you going to be at Shot Show? I'd love to introduce you to my contact at Anderson.
I like these follow up videos! Glad you got it fixed very interesting to see you diagnose an issue and fix it! Cheers from Canada.
also reinstall of the firing pin cotter pin is a hastle..in and out..
My charging handle is hard to pull back. I wonder why? ๐ค… I just got it! Haven't shot it yet. Lubed it well. What gives???
ran i to this on the Dark horse.. re aligned the rings..same wear… same condition.. with bolt swap …no factor. you found the issue
have you tried oil?? that gun sounds nasty dry
I knew it! We know the AR-15 is a sound design and if properly made, it should work every time. If at anytime one doesn't work, it is because of something in that particular rifle and not in that brand. This is true regardless of price. I also like cheap AR rifles (many from cheap Bear Creek Armory) and they all work perfectly!
Mixup…well I just had a feeling you were going to solve the problem ๐๐๐ป๐๐ป๐บ๐ธ๐ค
Still wouldn't buy this if it was to be my only ar due to the interrupted top rail on the handguard. Not a big fan of that design. Awesome to see you fix it though
Glad you were able to diagnose and solve the issue. It helps that youโre a firearms wizard too.
