Firing pin retaining pin position suppose to be at the 9 o'clock and 3 o'clock position. Not 11 to 5 or 12 to 6.
Great video! People CLP and dont wait for it to dry usually. Good tips.
Great video and very helpful. Thanks man.
Duuuuuude !!!! AMAZING VIDEO !!! Super easy to understand. The camera perfectly focused throughout the whole process. Saying only what's needs to be said. Outstanding job.
Nice rifle!
Let me add my voice to the chorus that this is hands down the best ar15 cleaning video on you tube. Clear and concise, you not only thoroughly explain the process but do so in relaxed and affable manner. Subscribed and will be following. Thank you.
Very good and informative video, thanks.
Just wanted to thank you again for your great step by step video with excellent close up shots of exactly what you are talking about and your “not in a hurry” pace of explaining things. I’ve passed this video on to many of my new AR owning friends and they literally played your excellent video while breaking down and cleaning their ARs for the first time. Compared to other AR breakdown/cleaning videos out there, your is hands down the best I have seen. Well done sir again thanks very much.
Thank you!
Great video being a new AR owner
This was perfect. I’ll definitely need some of the tools you have but I made due for my first time with all my tools. I was wayyyy overdue. Can’t wait to test it out and site in my new prism scope. Thank you! Liked and subscribed. Will keep using this video.
Totally enjoyed your video, What I liked about the M-14 that we used in basic was that it had fewer parts to remove and re-assemble, but I bought my first AR-15 last year and it's been in my house ever since, finding a place to shoot now a days is becoming a challenge in itself. You explained everything so vividly and made it look so easy, I guess I'm like all other gun owners I'd rather shoot than clean, but I'm glad I ran across your video, now I'm going to subscribe. Thank You from Texas ( To clean the M-14 I took it into the shower with me every night, really looked good when I turned it back in. )
Wear latex gloves or if you're allergic to latex, wear something else. You're dealing with Lead residue.
Great tutorial! Probably the best one I've seen. Needed this since I got my first AR a few days ago.
Shy not give it a sonic Cleaner lubricant bath?
I'm a total noob, do you not need to clean the gas system?
Excellent video for us rookie AR owners. Really appreciate the excellent quality of the up close shots , especially the bolt carrier group, and your calm and informative commentary. Well done and very much appreciated. Will keep your video for future reference.
Not sure why but my cotter pin refuses to go back in after cleaning. Brand new, just took it to the range today for first time!😢 my cotter pin needs to be squeezed a lot to get it in the first hole, I think it’s opening too much to go into the second hole on the other side of the barrel
Great job on your video. Very well done.
Thanks. Appreciate the details and the speed at which you move forward. Easy to follow along.
