Most likely trigger set to light. Slam the bolt closed to hard and the trigger will go off, similar thing could happen if you were to drop or bang this rifle to hard. This is why I will never set a customers hunting rifle below 3.5 lbs, below that and you can start seeing stuff like this. I always give it a bolt slam home test, and butt drop test to make sure they will not have any NDs. Also looks like a savage action, with all that work done I hope its an aftermarket adjustable trigger, turn it back up. in all a cool SBR
