The case is on an accelerated schedule.

Sounds like since Glocks are owned by millions of us civilians, there for they are common use weapons and therefore machine guns are also in common use. No different than pistol braces.

The word"restored" implies that the firearm was once a machine gun and was converted to semi-auto or was rendered inoperable. It is difficult to interpret the specificity of that word to mean anything else. A firearm that was never designed to be a machine gun, or wasn't originally manufactured as a machine gun cannot be captured by this legal language.
