  1. "The Government Thinks So"

Dear Heavenly Father, help me accept the stupid government I cannot change, give me the courage to do what I can/must, and the wisdom to shelter the dog away from 6am raids…

  2. Illinois' unconstitutional firearms and magazine bans go to trial in September. The 7th federal southern district is likely to side with we the people. Judge McGlynn is a constitutional judge. He is well versed in the Second Amendment. He has already cited in favor of the citizens in the short-lived stay. He understands the aggressions of the state of Illinois. The case is on an accelerated schedule.

  3. Sounds like since Glocks are owned by millions of us civilians, there for they are common use weapons and therefore machine guns are also in common use. No different than pistol braces.

  4. so if the ATF declares all striker-fired pistols are machine guns, wouldn't that mean that machine guns are In Common Use For Lawful Purposes, and can no longer be subject to the NFA tax?

  5. If the ATF does go after Glocks, it would be hilarious because they’re gonna to say oh Glocks are all machine guns well there’s millions upon millions of them so wouldn’t that mean Glocks are in common use which means machine guns are in common use and they’re not unusual or dangerous

  6. If they say Glocks are readily convertible to FA, would they also say that about the dozens of guns from companies that basically copied Glock's internals for their own guns?
This is their end run to ban virtually all semi-auto handguns in use today.
I only shoot 1911s🙄, so I'm good but you guys are fucked.😂

  7. I’m surprised that the AFT hasn’t thought of this yet: call TRUMP a “machine gun” so he can be banned to Devil’s Island to Yemen or Phobos – you know, somewhere really far away so he can’t win an election and summarily defund them into oblivion.

  8. The word"restored" implies that the firearm was once a machine gun and was converted to semi-auto or was rendered inoperable. It is difficult to interpret the specificity of that word to mean anything else. A firearm that was never designed to be a machine gun, or wasn't originally manufactured as a machine gun cannot be captured by this legal language.

  9. Aside from the fact that Glocks are one of the most popular pistols in America and trying to regulate them as machine guns will work about as well as the pistol brace rule did; you're not "restoring" a stock Glock into a "machine gun".

  10. Their claim that it is because of the 3d printable part…. so all ARs are also machineguns…. swift link and similar things are print and drop.

  11. y'all do understand that you're glamorizing a company, SigSauer, that is producing weapons and ammunition that will be issued to individuals that have no compunction about using them against you.

  12. Gee, what does the Biden gang think is going to happen when they pressure ATFE into declaring that many thousands of cops' Glocks are now somehow "machine guns"? No, I don't think that's going to happen. Let's not fearmonger any more than we have to.
