Use a wrench to fully tighten? Really? Im so sorry i bought this sack of crap.
So if I want to change the handguard alone all I have to do is slide the old one off and they new on in?
Handguard came and barrel nut is stuck inside handguard. Is there a way to get it out?
Anyone know what screw is used for the handguard?
Which low profile gas block is that? Or will any work?
Same torque wrench I use.
This is dangerous, barrel nut should be torqued to 30-80ftlbs. If you don't you are going to have major issues such and leaking gas and possibly an exploded barrel. Recommend using anti-seize on the threads too.
I would think that you would use a shim pack to get it aligned.
That was my question as well. Perhaps he doesn't know what to do when that happens?
If you do indeed know how to deal with the misalignment issue, you should include that
in the video as well. Since you did not what are we to think other that you don't know what you're doing.
It was my hope to find that question answered here.
What do you do when the handguard doesn't line up with the receiver rail correctly and its as tight as it will go?
