  1. If you installed the ejection port door before you installed the barrel and barrel nut. You don't have to hammer the ejection port door rod in.
Tip to install the pivot pin, use a 3/32 allen wrench, push the detent all the way down. And then use the pivot pin to engage the detent and pull the allen wrench out. At the same time push the pivot pin in and done.

  2. Aero Precision M5 is based on a DPMS LR308 not an AR10. Next best name is AR308 but calling it an Armalite Rifle is also incorrect. The M5 also uses a "high pattern" upper receiver that uses the high pattern hand guard if you don't want a mismatch in rail height. Most true AR10 parts are not compatible with a DPMS pattern and the industry is causing all kinds of problems by not using standard naming conventions.

  3. God you sound like a Democrat and ATF got together tell me what your definition of a A.R. 10 is for which that’s a AR 308 upper and lower. Yeah I’m going to keep ready on you if you make a proper video with the proper names you made for a newbie but you’re not fooling his old cat

  4. You should change your video AR 308 build because you labeled it A.R. 10 build for which the AR, upper and lower are not A.R. 10. Yes, your knowledgeable doing a build. What do you see to make yourself less intelligent on the difference between A.R. 10 and air 308 not to sound like a liberal in the gun world being politically, correct but you’re really giving out false information confusing people who are getting into the build game informing them wrong information of what’s a AR 10 in AR 308

  5. Be wary of bear creek if you are looking to start an ar10 build!
Purchased, what I thought, was the perfect upper for my build. Put it all together and then the physical upper was out of spec! It kept sending the charging handle back like it was a reciprocating charging handle! I sent it back, and the looked it over, and replaced it with a supposed proper upper. The lugs for the take down pins are out of spec on the new upper, I have to take it apart and put it back with a punch and hammer! Wont even bother with them again! I'm going to get a pa10 gen3 upper to replace this current one instead. I've yet to have spec issues with palmetto parts.

  6. I was buying AR 15s before Bill Clinton was president so over the years, I got into buying the parts then assembling ARs.
Now I have got into the 80% lowers, and I have to say I wish I would have gotten into the 80% lower build long ago.
I can have an AR 10 or 15 80% lower finished into a working lower in 1 hour and I don't need corrupted criminal and communist Bidens ATF permission to build my AR guns plus the commie fascist government hasn't a clue I own these ARs.
I have used something like 5 80% lower web sites with every 80% lower finished is perfect and works.
The 80% jig I bought is from 80% arms.
