I am all about budget stuff that works. Hell, I even spend a lot of time making my own stuff. People laugh and bust my chops when I open up a camp chair wrapped in reflectix until they start to get cold lol. Hell, that is one of the reasons I started making knives. I wanted a nice knife but couldn't afford to buy a high end one. To me cheap does not mean bad. There is always a cost though. In my world it is heavier, or takes longer to setup, etc. You just have to decide what is important.
If it works, maybe. I tend to lean toward quality products which usually costs so I look for other products with similar qualities at lower costs. Example, Aero Precision vs Daniel Defense. One is significantly cheaper and both perform equally. Saved over $1k on the build. Great video
