  1. I got two of them in 4-12×40 on Amazon for $110 each. I only have 2 complaints. First is the ones I got don't have the fast focus eye piece. It has what I call the "Leupold Style" where the whole eye piece turns and it has the locking lug/nut type thing.
Second no parallax adjustment, which from my personal experience you really need on anything that goes higher than 10x. But, in the long run, for $110 I really shouldn't complain. Clarity, light transmission, and eye relief are AMAZING!!!!! Can't speak much on recoil. One is on a 6.5CM the other on a 7mm-08. Overall 5 out of 5 stars. My complaints are cancelled out due to the overall performance of a $110 scope. It's better than anything I've had in this price point and maybe anything a step up in price point.

  2. How does this scope compare to the suite 22 the sweet 22 gives you at least three turrets ranging in three different grains for the 22 rimfire what grain is that one set for and does it come with other turrets for 38 grain bullets 40 grain bullets 36 grain bullets

  3. The Bushnell Prime is really cool it comes with multiple turrets for different calibers and you just dial to the yardage and number for n the turret. Itā€™s pretty damn good. The glass is so-so. Thatā€™s about the only hold back on the scope but otherwise very versatile

  4. I bought a bunch of tasco varmint 2.5-10 mil dot scopes NIB on clearance the winter before last for $24.99 shipped. It can focus a10' at 10x! Put one on my cz452 ultralux, springer air rifle, and 22wmr. I have over 3000 pellets through my springer and it hasn't lost its zero once. I sighted in my CZ at 50 yards. At 100 yards I can hit zero setting the "X" on top of the first mil dot drop at 10x. Great cheap scope. They should have never did away with them. Remember when they came out around 99' for $189. My 452 ultralux is a tac driver with Winchester 333's. Will shoot 6 all in a pencil eraser sized hole at 50 yards. The cci stingers a segmented stingers will shoot just under a half inch at 50 yards with 5 rounds. I did try ALOT of 22lr ammo. My rimfires use to favor golden bullets back in the early 90's but not now. They must have changed alloys and powders over the years. I installed tall rings as well because I didn't want to take off my rear sight. I had a leupold 2-7 vx1 mounted low to begin with. It had a parallax setting close to 150 yards. At 25 yards squirrels were fuzzy and blurry. Glad I made the switch. I've tried the tasco on my 336 35rem first. It stacked bullets on tip of each other at 100 yards. My 552 speedmaster will do the same. My browning target pistol loves the 333's and anschutz woodchucker loves the cheap Winchester 333 ammo as well. I swapped scoped between it and the cz afterwards.

  5. WHO_TEE making me want to get out of my lounge chair! Today's optics are the bomb! I remember years ago dialing in a 2 1/2 x Weaver with 22 Rem Hollow Pts. Made a few memorable squirrel head shots. Nothing like an afternoon of plinking!

  6. I need some advice (to Who Tee or anyone that wants to chime in). I bought this scope for my 10/22. This is my first scope. Do I need to buy a different picatinny rail than the Ruger version that comes with the rifle? What rings would you recommend?

  7. Aquila 36gr is perfect for sighting a scope. As good as Minimag at a much more affordable cost. Just put a Nikon Monarch 5-20×44 which I have had a couple of years an unused on my 10/22. No need to use my spotting scope anymore at 18 power.

  8. Iā€™m a CT fan after buying a series2 6-24×56 from midway on sale for approx. $360 from midway a year or so ago and I think I prefer it over my Vortex viper pst 5-25×50 for twice the money . Everything about the CT screams of quality šŸ¦‰

  9. Crimson trace is my favorite optic these days,,i also put a swampfox Kentucky long 2×12 on my 6.5grendel for deer n coyote ,and it is comparable in every way in terms of quality and precision to my CT scope..i used to buy cheap ass scopes and was very frustrated when i couldn't make long range hits..

  10. I'm always interested in another 22lr scope. Best round ever, to plink and play with.

I have a 10-22 with one of the cheapest scopes I've ever bought, $32. It's a Barska 3-7×20 rimfire. I got tired of shooting targets with it, and started shooting clothespins at 50 yds, and Rx pill bottles filled with water at 100 yds. It's a nail driver.
I'll definitely check out the CT for one of my other rifles.
