Cool! I’ve done an A1 clone (see my channel) and I’m only missing the buttstock—using an A2 at the moment. So this CMMG has the A1 dimensions? Looks good—I know some A1’s had the trap door, but it kind of looks like an A2 buttplate. Anyway, great build.

If you use some 800 grit sandpaper and wet sand the handguard it will match the stock fairly well unless you prefer the glossy look

Always liked the looks of the "old school" m16, including the 20 round mags. Every time I see a clone, all I can imagine is an '80's action flick with big blue cargo van sliding up, and 1k SWAT officers rolling out carrying them…with Zero Body Armor! Normally with SWAT ballcaps on…😆😆😆
