  1. Where/when did you get that Windham Weaponry rifle? I have never seen such a poorly made rifle with their name on it ever. I really couldn’t believe it. After watching your video I pulled out my rifle to compare all the areas in question and my rifle had none of the problems yours did except the mag well was thin compared to your Bushmaster. But it was machined perfect. I don’t know if you just got an employee having a bad day or what but honestly
I don’t understand why WW would let that rifle go to sale like that. I have never seen anything like it and the only thing that looks like Windham to me is the name on it.

  2. Thank you for confirming what I've always – believed and that is that they just don't make things like they used to. No hate meant against Windham Weaponry. I'm sure they are more than sufficient to get the job done. But I want to say thank you for this very in-depth and informative comparison. I have a fix handled A1 m4 style Bushmaster carbon from the early 90s with a 16 inch barrel that's 14" plus a. 2" compensator or whatever. What I really love about this set up I'll do it is practically meaningless is that the bayonet fits purposely since the compensator is much bigger than a pencil barrel upon which the bayonet wabbles making it basically pointless pardon the pun😊

  3. I wish I still had my old (2003-2005?) Bushmaster rifles. I have picked up some very nice uppers and lowers from the new kids on the block (PSA, BCA, Del-Ton) but there's just something about the Bushmasters I miss. I came across an original Bushmaster 20-iinch A2, HBAR last summer. I'm sort of happy to leave the HBAR in my memories, but I almost grabbed it just to have a Bushy again. I wish I had. 🙁
    Thanks for the video!

  4. Good comparison. I'm with you on the Bushmaster lower being much nicer/ HD. Kind of disappointed with the WW since their prices are a little on the premium side. I'd like to see how your Rock River compares to these. Thanks

  5. Now let’s compare the actual names.
‘Bushmaster’ evokes images South East Asian or Central American jungles.
And being the master of your environment.
‘Windham Weaponry’ evokes images of Wuthering Heights or some other gay shit.
    So. . .
Bushmaster, for the win. Based solely on its name.
