Three of the four stages we shot at the Hernando sportsman’s inaugural night match. It was a great match with a totally different dynamic to it. I was shooting the S&W M&P pro core with a new Streamlight TLR-1-HL on it. Definitely the brightest light at the range that night. Worked great in the holster and ran flawlessly. Everyone including myself was super excited for the next match in November. #Shorts

What is a night match? This match is a pistol or PCC only match shot in near total darkness. There are no ambient lights or stage lighting. It follows a course of fire loosely similar to a USPSA or IDPA match. Everyone was using mounted lights on their pistols and PCC’s. The scoring is similar to three gun scoring, One A or two anywhere in the scoring area. Its a great way to shoot your competition, home defense or EDC firearms at night in an environment that you cant get anywhere else locally.
