With the new RULING by the ATF, does the buffer tube come into question?

  1. From what I have seen the buffer tube can be no longer than 6 1/2 inches long in their vague wording when describing that whole surface area and being able to shoulder the firearm word salad my pistol never had a pistol brace ever and was just a pistol but came from the factory with a 7 inch pistol buffer tube so if I leave it on there I'm I breaking the law according to the ATF ?? Just to be safe and avoid any BS I'm going to put on a shorter tube a lot of videos are advising people hey just take off the brace and your good to go I don't think so there is an actual seminar just put out by the ATF for FFL holders and covers everything found the link on the Glock store channel

  2. Hey y'all, does anyone know if it's going to be OK to keep a Foam Tube on the end of buffer tube or do you need to remove that? FYI most of the tubes I see have 2 ends open, so the metal from buffer tube is still exposed on the end (not covered by foam).

  3. Thanks for the info…I have the same view that it is best to change to a pistol buffer tube.

Love that grip…can you please tell me the make and model? I would like to put it on my new build!

  4. Well, in my opinion it will not hold up to legal scrutiny of the courts but, it might take years to get a ruling. Lucky for me I live in a 2A Sanctuary County in a 2A Sanctuary State…..not that I own any Brace Equipped Pistols…..but, if I did….I am in a good place for it. Just sayin'
