Well this could’ve been a couple of ways it could’ve happened. It was most likely the cartridge. If you notice a weirdly light kick you most likely had a squib load which is when there wasn’t enough powder to fire it all the way so the bullet is stuck in the barrel, next one fires and BOOM! It also could’ve been simply that the cartridge you fired was defective and imploded instead of firing properly. Thank god you didn’t get hurt
might need to ask for ur money back this is the only time gun manufacturers should ever get sued ever
