Polymer is useful in firearm manufacturing for all sorts of things. But is it possible to use it to make a suppressor? Sounds whack, but these guys seem to think so. So let’s test it out!

About Me
My name is Brandon Herrera. I’m the owner and operator of The AK Guy Inc, a 07 Firearm Manufacturer based out of Fayetteville, NC. I also co-own Stark Media Group, and designed the rifle known as the AK-50.
I’ve started to dedicate this YouTube channel above all to have fun, but also as a way to document my entrepreneurial journey for the next few years as I try to grow my companies. Hopefully, people can learn from my example, successes, and failures.
Either way, I’m having a lot of fun with it so far, and I hope it’s just as fun to follow along!

Melt it down what ever it takes a prototype test is only good if you know the limitations!
Their website, vimeo, everything gone….
If you don't let it get to hot your good
So Metal Gear were using 3D printed suppressors since they wear out. 😂
this thing is pretty awesome (I Gotta get me one)
Um….this video seems to be focasing on if it would get too hot……but what is a Supressor? It's Intended to SUPRESS the sound!! So it maybe didn't get too hot, but it was 95% the same loud as "Non-Supressed" ! So, um why use it?
It's pretty cool to see all three of these guys ,donut 🍩 operator and Mr guns and gears in the same video!
I see, you were adding every you tuber to the vid.. Things like Wording, 🤔like the Clothes, The “Matt” SHIRT 😉even the catch phrasing..(like the cringe “secksy”people 🤣😂 bit)..
Took me a bit, always takes me a min…but I got it.. Went from cringe to genius….
Galil Ace. AK cousin that comes in 5.56
'merica
He used a ar15 and not an ak in the same video.
SCREAMS IN AK47
I started watching this video and a van full of homosexuals with aviators just pulled up at my house.
I know you can't really tell from the recorded audio, but from the echo, it appears on video to perform more like a SME. How does it compare in sound reduction to other suppressors?
this video posted 3-11-21. and the mute facebook page went down on 4-28-21. i wonder what happened.
plasti-CAN UNTIL IT PLASTI-CANT
Only missing Demolition Matt and Hikock45.
@BrandonHerrera Do you need to get whatever license you need to have a suppressor before making one, or make one and take it to you local gun shop?, or does anyone know, because it's just way cheaper to make one yourself especially when in some to wanting several,
Would love to have seen some heat sensor data with thermal imaging and decibel comparison data…but I guess it's a good "dumbass test".
I don’t know Shit about printing but , what about using that special silicon dust that they make spaceship tiles out of in the plastic mix ? Or as a coating ?
Wait a sec, I just realized Brandon is rocking GarandThumb's newest company, Onward Research.
Makes sense that he was on the inside since they're friends but my mans was rocking the merch right in front of us that far back.
Plus I get to run over an AR-15. 🤣
The Shush puppy 3D printed 9mm suppressor lasts for thousands of rounds, takes a few hardware store bolts.
i would like to see a decibel meter to test this against a popular branded metal suppressor to compare
In theory if it gets hot, it’ll still get hot
That is cool but what is important is how hot it is inside where it will begin to melt
What a complete muppet 😅
Looks like your new habitat “Texas” has you a little dry!
Us southern people use to that moisture in the air. Sucks on the lungs, better for the skin. Haha.
What happened to these guys? Are they out of business?
