What about the Supreme Court ruling that says a right afforded by the US Constitution can not be taxed , ie voting tax that was struck down
So are we clear to continue using our AR pistols, with stabilizing braces until at least December, 2022?
10-50 million pistol braces sold and only 200k people comment. Come on people we have to stand up for our own rights. You can’t sit back and assume someone will stand up for you, or there is nothing you can do. If every person who bought a brace would of commented against this rule, it would have been abolished.

Keep in the forefront of your mind the ATF has no such power they claim. To attack Arm Braces is the lamest idea but because they are such a hot selling item, it sounds like the purpose of the scheme is to rile people up and in doing so get them to reveal all that they own. That will be a fast and easy way to get a rough idea Registry composed. Very similar to how the Census Report tells Gov how many people are in each house. Everyone is scurrying in the comments because everything they bought was done Legally at the time they bought things. No one can go back retroactively and declare they were not. If so the IRS might as well go back and say the Taxes you paid a few years ago wasn't enough, they decided to change the Tax Brackets because they need more money to spend. And most of all keep in focus "What does ANY of this have to do with the uneducated street thug mentality that exists in the real Criminals…" There's plenty of great videos here on YT showing today's smart alec teens mouthing off to Police when they are arresting someone for drugs at one of their house parties. And still the ATF selects to harass middle class Americans minding their own business….? Live your life and ignore these unconstitutional nuisances…

Thanks for the information. I’ve been wondering what the implications for the new pistol brace coloring book might be in light of West Virginia v. EPA. Hopefully it will be determined quickly that the new ATF DnD character sheet for pistol braces will be deemed unconstitutional in light of that USSC ruling before any pomeranians get popped by a fed over it.

If I'm not worried about the $200 bucks, should I just go ahead and get an SBR stamp before the rush? My only hesitation is the "registration" and laws around selling the firearm, meaning… there would be no way for me to accidentally loose my "pistol" in a boating accident.
Could you just add 16'' Barrel with complete upper to a lower that came with a brace and remove the brace and add a regular Stock?.
